Ryan Karasek confirms Oath of Office

On January 26, 2015 Councilmember Ryan Karasek (Champlin Ward 1) took part in the Ceremonial Oath of Office. Councilmember Karasek was elected to serve a four-year term ending 12/31/2018.

Riverside development proposal launched in Champlin

City of Champlin swears in Councilman Karasek

On September 10th the City Council appointed Planning Commission Vice-Chair Ryan Karasek to serve as the new Ward 1 Councilmember. Councilmember Karasek was appointed to fill the unexpired term of long time Councilmember Julia Whalen. His term runs through December 31, 2014.
